REFUND POLICY

At DECANT DREAMS, we value our customers and aim to provide the best service possible. However, due to the nature of our products and services, we have a strict refund policy as outlined below:

  1. All Sales Are Final - Once an order has been shipped or delivered, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds after this stage.
  2. Exceptions for Pre-Shipment Cancellations - If a shipping label has not yet been created for your order, you are eligible for a 100% full refund. This includes orders that have been packaged but a shipping label has not been purchased. To request a refund before shipping, please contact us immediately with your order details.
  3. Non-Refundable Circumstances - 
  • Orders that already have a shipping label created.
  • Orders that have already been shipped or delivered.
  • Any requests for refunds after the shipping process has already begun.
